Why it's special
The black center is reconstituted onyx: real onyx, fused so the color is even and the stone holds up. It is set by hand in hallmarked 925 sterling silver, rhodium-plated to stay bright, and made at our European atelier, with matching earrings and a ring in the same design.
Care
Hand-polished and tarnish-resistant. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chlorinated water. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear and store in the jewelry box it ships in.

Tips & styling
- Not sure where to start? 18″ (46 cm) is the safest universal length — it suits almost every neckline and frame.
- Match neckline. Higher tops call for longer chains (20″+); open necklines look best with shorter (16–18″).
- Layering. Stack with at least 2″ (5 cm) of difference — e.g. 16″ + 18″ + 20″ — so each piece sits clearly.
- Heavy pendants drop. A bold pendant on a fine chain effectively shortens the look by ~0.5″ (1–2 cm). If between sizes, size up.
- Frame. Petite frames flatter shorter chains (16–18″). Taller frames carry longer (20–24″) beautifully. Plus-size frames often look elongated by 20″+.
- How to measure your own chain. Lay it flat and measure from end to end including the clasp. That's the standard length quoted on the product page.
