Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

What we need

The item must come back in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with any tags, in its original packaging — along with your order number.

How to start

Email info@oliviastarjewelry.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply with instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back — parcels that arrive without an agreed return can't be processed.

Who pays return shipping

If the piece is faulty, damaged, or simply not what you ordered, we cover the return — we'll email you a prepaid label. If you've changed your mind, return shipping is yours to arrange; you can also ask us for a label and we'll deduct its cost from the refund.

Wrong size?

Rings and chains are easy to get wrong by one size. Write to us and we'll exchange the piece for the correct size rather than refund it — usually faster than ordering again.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts it within 10 business days. We refund after the item is back with us, not before.

Sale items

Sale and promotional items are returnable on exactly the same terms as everything else.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

Something arrived damaged

Check your parcel when it arrives and write to us the same day if anything is wrong. Send a photo if you can — it lets us replace the piece without sending it back and forth.
