Collection: Gold & Silver Pendants

About this collection

14K gold bonded pendants

The warm look of gold on a hallmarked 925 sterling silver base. Most pendants here are 14K gold bonded, real gold heat-fused onto the silver, and two are 14K gold plated. Styles include tags, crosses, clovers and floating solitaires, many set with cubic zirconia.

Prices run from $48 to $220. Match them with gold and silver earrings.

What you get: on a gold bonded pendant, the gold is a plate of real 14K gold heat-bonded onto the silver, and its weight is listed on each product page. Every pendant comes on a sterling silver chain, 16 inches with a 2 inch extender. Our guide to gold bonded, plated and filled explains how this compares with plating and solid gold.

Questions we hear most

Will the gold wear off?
On gold bonded pendants, no: the gold is solid 14K, not a coating. The silver part can darken slowly and comes back with a polishing cloth. The two gold plated pendants have a gold finish that lasts longest when kept away from water, perfume and lotion.

What does 14K gold bonded mean?
A plate of real 14K gold heat-bonded onto 925 sterling silver, with part of the silver left visible. The gold is solid 14K, not a thin coating, so it does not wear through, and its weight is listed on every product page. Our guide to gold bonded, plated and filled explains the difference.

Does a pendant come with a chain?
Moissanite pendant necklaces come on a sterling silver chain. Some pendants are sold on their own, and each product page says what is included.
