Questions we hear most

What carat should I choose?
For rings, 1 ct DEW (6.5 mm) is the classic size, 0.5 ct is delicate and 2 ct is bold. For studs, the carat is for the pair: 1 ct DEW means two 5 mm stones, a small everyday size, and 2 ct DEW means two 6.5 mm stones.

What is a GRA certificate?
A GRA report is the specification card that comes with the stone: its color, clarity, size and its own report number. It ships in the box with the piece. It is not a lab certificate like GIA; our guide to the GRA report explains what it does and does not prove.

How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed by 2 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day from Florida. US shipping is free on every order, unworn pieces can be returned free within 30 days, and every piece has a 1-year warranty.
