When your order ships
Orders placed by 2 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on US holidays ship the next business day. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves. Every product page shows the expected delivery date, and you can enter your ZIP code for an exact estimate.
International shipping
We ship to 28 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Free shipping applies to US orders only. Import duties and taxes, if any, are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient.
Packaging
Every piece arrives in our branded gift box, and moissanite comes with its GRA certificate card. Want it extra special? Add premium gift wrap in the cart for $20: pearl paper, a satin ribbon, a rose and a printed card with your note.
Returns
Returns within the US are free for 30 days after delivery: we email you a prepaid UPS label. Sale items are returnable on the same terms. Details are in our Return policy.
