I'm Dmytro Magonia, an engineer by training. I started this brand in 2016 because plated brass kept failing the people who wore it. The rule I set then still defines Olivia Star: hallmarked 925 sterling silver, real 14K gold bonded or plated onto that silver, GRA-certified moissanite with the lab report in the box, and the exact silver and gold weight printed on every product page. Today our silver line is made by our own atelier in Europe, and every order ships from our warehouse in Florida, the same day when you order by 2 PM ET.

Questions, answered
How fast is delivery?
Order by 2 PM ET, Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day from our warehouse in Florida, then arrives with UPS in 3–5 business days in the continental US. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 ($5.95 below that); faster UPS delivery in 1–2 days is priced at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories ship by USPS in 4–8 business days.
Is moissanite a real gemstone?
Yes. Moissanite is silicon carbide, a lab-grown gemstone that is harder than sapphire and throws more fire than a diamond. Every moissanite we sell ships with its GRA report.
What does “gold-bonded” mean?
Real 14K gold heat-fused onto hallmarked 925 sterling silver — several times thicker than ordinary plating, so the color stays through daily wear, hand-washing and workouts. Underneath is solid sterling silver, hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
What if the size is wrong?
Many rings are adjustable; the rest come in US sizes 6–11 with a measuring guide on every product page. If the fit is still off, exchanges within 30 days are on us — write to info@oliviastarjewelry.com and we sort it out.
What is your return policy?
30 days on all items, sale included. Returns within the US are free: write to us and we email you a prepaid UPS label. Send the piece back unworn and we refund once it arrives. Every piece also carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Will it arrive gift-ready?
Yes. Every order is packed by hand in our branded gift box with tissue and a note — no prices inside. Ordering straight to the recipient works too; just use their address at checkout.
