How fast is delivery?

Orders leave our Florida office within one business day and arrive with UPS in 3–5 business days anywhere in the US. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 ($5.95 below that); UPS Express in 1–2 days is $12.95.

Is moissanite a real gemstone?

Yes — moissanite is silicon carbide, a lab-grown gemstone that is harder than sapphire and throws more fire than a diamond. Every moissanite we sell is GRA-certified and ships with its own report and number you can verify.

What does “gold-bonded” mean?

Real 14K gold heat-fused onto hallmarked 925 sterling silver — several times thicker than ordinary plating, so the color stays through daily wear, hand-washing and workouts. Underneath is solid sterling silver, hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

What if the size is wrong?

Many rings are adjustable; the rest come in US sizes 6–11 with a measuring guide on every product page. If the fit is still off, exchanges within 30 days are on us — write to info@oliviastarjewelry.com and we sort it out.

What is your return policy?

30 days, all items, sale included. If a piece isn’t right, contact us and send it back unworn — we refund once it arrives. Every piece also carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Will it arrive gift-ready?

Yes. Every order is packed by hand in our branded gift box with tissue and a note — no prices inside. Ordering straight to the recipient works too; just use their address at checkout.
